WELCOME TO SOUTH AUSTRALIAN SKI CLUB

Good Friends. Good times. Great memories...

We love snow!

The purpose of the South Australian Ski Club is to promote the enjoyment of skiing, to foster and encourage skiing and to conduct recreational and social activities related to these aims.  Founded in 1952, members of the Club have loved the snow, skiing and the mountains for nearly 70 years.  We ski regularly in Australia and overseas.
The Club accesses private lodges in Victoria and elsewhere.  We aim for at least two annual ski trips which are usually arranged to resorts such as Mount Buller, Falls Creek, and Mount Hotham. Members have at various times arranged trips to Thredbo, Perisher, Charlotte Pass, Tasmania, New Zealand, Japan, Canada and Europe. Members have generally preferred to stay in private lodges rather than pay the higher costs of accommodation in commercial chalets.
The Club offers fantastic opportunities for people of any skiing ability to meet and share experiences with other like minded persons.  Friendly skiing trips and regular social events occur during the year.
You are invited to join South Australia’s friendliest snow ski club.

The membership process involves contacting the Club Secretary using the online form.  On receipt of this form the Committee will make contact and suggest that you attend one of our social functions.  This is a great way to meet Club members and see what we do.  After meeting us you have the opportunity to join the Club.
